What is ADR?
ADR means alternative dispute resolution. It means a dispute resolution process that is alternative to the conventional or traditional adversary litigation court process. There are many different types of alternative dispute resolution. Mediation is a common type. Arbitration is a common type. Collaborative law practice is a type of law practice alternative to the adversary process.
